With over 20 years behind the pass and five years in business development and sales, founder Ben Maher knows what it takes to run a venue that works — operationally, financially, and culturally. From local cafes to full-service restaurants, from building menus to fixing back-of-house systems, he’s been there, done that, and still loves it.
