One practical instruction
One “we’ve got this team” moment
People don’t need speeches.They need direction.
3. Reduce “Decision Fatigue” Wherever Possible
Your staff are already making 5,000 micro-decisions per shift.
Make things easy:
✔ Clear floor zones
✔ Clear pass communication
✔ Clear wait-time rules
✔ Clear dietary guides

December is too hard to fight internally.
