1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order is completed and the files have been delivered or downloaded.

2. Before You Purchase

We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, sample pages, and compatibility information before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or want to make sure the Starter Systems Kit is right for you, please contact us or book a free 15-minute consultation before buying.

3. Access Issues & Wrong Files

If you experience any issues accessing your download, receive the wrong files, or believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us at bambamculinaryconsultants@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve your issue promptly.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• You have not downloaded any files and request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

• You received the wrong product due to our error

Please note: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot process refunds except where required by Australian consumer law.
